KS3 Solar Ambassador Workbook cover

Front cover

The KS3 Solar Ambassador Workbook is a perfect independent-learning project for Eco Groups, Student Councils, and other student leadership groups interested in sustainability.

Over 20 pages, it guides students through their own choice of 'ABCD Pledge' activities that cover a number of cross-curricular topics including Science, Maths, Geography and Technology.

Once complete, teachers can submit accumulated points on behalf of their students that will go towards their school's App Leaderboard place, and students will be awarded their hard-earned Solar Ambassador certificate.

All credit goes to Alison Ashworth - Environmental Science student at Lancaster University - for the development of the workbook as part of her portfolio project during her 10-month internship with Solar for Schools Education Team. Amazing work, Ally!

We hope you love it as much as we do, but Ally is open to constructive feedback (and praise, of course!). Just email: alison@solarforschools.co.uk.
